About Dainty Silver..

Hi, welcome to Dainty Silver, which officially launched in 2022! I'm Jules Dainty,  the founder and designer / maker of  hand crafted sterling silver jewellery! I have always been obsessed with silver jewellery and when I was at school I used to save up my money to buy new silver rings! I loved all creative subjects and went on to study fine art. I never realised it was possible to make my own silver jewellery until I discovered an evening course, so I went along and continued to do various courses learning all sorts of different techniques. I have been silversmithing for 9 years now and have gradually got all the tools and have a home studio in Northamptonshire, with my beautiful bench that my grandad made for me out of his old scaffold planks! I have always wanted to have my own creative business and after years of friends and family telling me to sell my work I have decided to finally go for it and see what happens (scary but exciting)! It's important to me to be eco friendly so wherever possible I use recycled eco silver for my products. My packaging is also eco friendly, I use cardboard boxes which are fully recyclable.
